Dr. Michael Kim is proud to be the first physician in Portland, Oregon to offer FaceTite, a revolutionary, minimally-invasive treatment perfect for those who up until now fell into a “treatment gap” between non-invasive treatments and surgical rejuvenation. The patients in this gap have usually exhausted the benefits of treatments such as injectables, but are also neither needing nor wanting a more invasive surgery with its associated downtime and cost.
Minimally-Invasive Facial Contouring and Refinement
Dr. Kim is committed to providing his patients the latest FDA-approved developments in technology but only if they have scientifically-proven efficacy. He performs customized, non-surgical facial rejuvenation using the InMode EmbraceRF platform which includes FaceTite, Accutite, and Morpheus8.
What is FaceTite?
What is FaceTite?
While it is not a replacement for surgery, Facetite can provide mini facelift-like results without the associated scars, downtime, and cost. It is performed under local anesthesia or light sedation in the office procedure room with only two to five days of downtime. Results will be seen immediately and continue to improve up to a 6 to 12-month period.
FaceTite’s utilizes Radio-Frequency Assisted Lipolysis (RFAL) that is contained in a thin wand that is placed underneath the skin. This allows Dr. Kim to safely deliver energy that permanently destroys fat cells and simultaneously tightens the skin of the lower face and neck.

What is AccuTite?
Based on the same proven FaceTite technology, Accutite is a smaller and more nimble attachment that allows us treat additional areas of the face such as the brow, around the eyes, nasolabial folds, marionette lines, and jawline. This small, but mighty addition to the EmbraceRF platform allows the highest amount of precision possible.
What is Morpheus8?
Morpheus8 is a deep and safe fractional skin treatment that can dramatically improve the quality of the skin. The treatment works well for difficult to treat wrinkles, discoloration, or acne scarring. It is a Subdermal Adipose Remodeling Device (SARD) that works through an array of gold-coated needles that penetrate the skin and deliver radiofrequency energy to tighten skin and stimulate collagen production. It is often used in conjunction with FaceTite and AccuTite as a complementary treatment done at the same time.
Up to 40 percent skin contraction has been confirmed in clinical studies using the technology that underpins FaceTite, AccuTite, and Morpheus8. Not only will your skin be tighter and firmer, but the rejuvenating lift is achieved without the substantial bruising, swelling, discomfort, or downtime associated with surgery.
Is a FaceTite treatment painful?
Dr. Kim ensures his patients do not experience any significant discomfort while undergoing this revolutionary non-surgical facelift in Portland. Local anesthetic or light sedation is typically applied, and you’re free to return home after treatment.
Recovery from a non-surgical facelift – what should I expect?
After your non-surgical facelift in Portland, a compression garment supports the treated areas during the early healing phase. It will be needed for three days, after which you only wear it during sleep. It is normal to experience some tenderness, swelling, and mild bruising after treatment, which quickly fades. Most people feel back to normal within days and are ready to return to their usual activities.
